Education: In 2003 Vladimir Smorchkov graduated from Tauride National University named after Vernadsky, specialty "Jurisprudence" and earned a degree.

Career: From 2002 to 2003 Vladimir Smorchkov was working as legal counsel in the municipal company of Sevastopol City Council.
From 2003 to 2007 worked in "Travel company Larand Tour. From 2003 to 2004 worked as a legal counsel. In 2004 was transferred to the position of head of the legal department of the
company . Last year's work in the Vladimir Smorchkov held the position of deputy director for legal affairs. During his time in the "TC" Larand Tour" Smorchkov Vladimir gained considerable experience in the area of contract and commercial law, as well as in the field of litigation.

Since 2007 Vladimir Smorchkov is the director of Law Firm "ARTE" .
